Huzzah for the credit cards.
Since we're not getting paid until Sunday, most of us are living on plastic until after Slaughter is over.
For those of you who are new to fWo fandom, this is my tour diary. I don't play the corporate shill trying to get some angle over. I don't insult my fans' intelligence by pretending anything that's not real is real and anything that's real isn't. What I will do is talk about what this company goes through while on the road. There are a lot of people in this company, both old and new, who are JUST off enough to warrant some stories being told.
And for those of you who have been reading me for quite some time... my knee still hurts, Sean is lying next to me snoring and Brandon is one room over, still apt to rearrange his room before going to sleep.
Gotta love creatures of habit.
I'm still not clear over what happened at Countdown One, why we had to reschedule our entire first leg of 2003. Silver Fox, the unofficial leader of the road crew, didn't have many answers either.
A small bonus for short- term rescheduling of travel plans was cool, too. Since the show was originally scheduled for somewhere in mid- Pennsylvania, the airfare to Vancouver was, in some cases, going to wipe out an entire night's payoff.
Like I said, huzzah for plastic.
Some of these fWo n00bs are going to make this extended tour- away- from- home a very interesting experience. Since my hair is finally dry, Aimz and I are going to go catch some food before she goes to sleep.
Yes, it's almost nine in the morning and she's about to go to sleep. Ah, to be twenty again.
And if Sean is still out when I get back.... woe to the blue eyed badass.
This is Ivy too.
